Customize post appearance
v3.30.0's headline feature is more UI customization. From Settings, Premium users can switch to square avatars and choose how names appear on posts: display name only, handle only, or both stacked vertically instead of the default side-by-side layout.
The Settings page has also been reworked a bit to consolidate customization options onto a single Post Appearance page, as well as other organizational changes.
Progress on feature parity
This version also takes some massive steps on feature parity, with the addition of several features missing from Boost Blue:
Ability to edit profiles
Feeds tab on Profiles
Lists tab on Profiles
Starter Packs tab on Profiles
Support for posting more than 4 images (to be totally honest I didn't realize this wasn't in place already)
Feature parity is a major focus right now, so expect future versions to continue this trend.
App Improvements
The app has also had a series of smaller improvements. As requested by several users, this version includes a new Alt Text composer that shows the image you are writing Alt text for and takes up much more of the screen generally.
I've also simplified the Onboarding flow, updated the search results profile rows with a more rich UI, and fixed a bug preventing Mute Thread from showing up in a Post's more menu.
